Our 2 chambres d'hôtes in La Cour en bas (from 59 euros per night for 2, price 2013), located at the back yard of our traditional half timbered farm. The rooms are large (on the picture, the 3 windows at the first floor
on the left are one of the room, the 4th is the shower room), one is open
on the yard and the veg garden, the second on the roofs of the village.
With sun, the breakfast can be served on the terrasse (on the right) or
under la tonnelle (on the left). The farm is still working but not in
this old building which is no more useful for it. During your stay you
will enjoy products from the garden (Sylvain likes to serve fruits in
all forms, fresh, in cakes, in marmalade or confitures).
From Saint Amand, Champagne
vineyards are present on the hill of 25 km long. Some of the grapes of
Champagne producers make Champagne and receive guests to show their works.
When you are in Saint Amand you can reach Paris (190km), Reims or Troyes
(80/100km), Verdun (), Epernay (45), Châlons (25), Le Lac du Der
(25) , Vitry le François (10), At the "middle of everything".
